Together the girls discuss Lane's romance with Zach, try to determine Logan's fidelity to Rory, reveal which character had the best season, and more. Is Sookie always just a side character to Lorelai's plot? Is Lorelai finding peace with Emily and Richard? And can Hep Alien be a real band? All this and more on this episode on The Lettuce Podcast!

For the Fun & Games section, the girls found out which Stars Hollow townie they are and Charlotte's dog Clyde makes a special guest appearance as the Doggy Swami!

Gilmore Greens Season 5 - Show Notes

Do we want gil-less? No, we want Gilmore! Charlotte and Laura cover Season 5 of Gilmore Girls on this week's new episode of The Lettuce Podcast. They chat about the tumultuous love-lives of their favorite female duo, Luke's "dark day", and Emily & Richard's separation. Charlotte shares what she thinks really caused Rory and Dean's final breakup, and talks about Lorelai's many professional and romantic successes in this season. Laura shares her favorite moment of Emily & Richard's reconciliation, and why she doesn't like Logan. Together the girls discuss the significance of Sookie's second pregnancy, celebrate Paris and Doyle, question Rory's journalistic ability, and much more. Is Zach a good match for Lane? Is Lorelai to blame for her breakup with Luke? And is Rory slowly becoming an entitled monster? All these questions are up for debate on this week's episode.

For the Fun & Games segment, Charlotte and Laura played a standard Gilmore Girls game: "1, 2, 3... He's Yours". They also got creative and made a break-up food for the Gilmore girl of their choice. Play along and tell us what breakup food you would serve your favorite Gilmore girl in the comments.

There could only be one podtail for S5 of Gilmore Girls: Miss Patty's Founders' Day Punch! Use this website's recipe to make yourself either a large punchbowl full OR a single serving (if you dare!).

Gilmore Grass S3 - Show Notes

The Lettuce Podcast is back from vacation and ready for action! Charlotte and Laura cover one of their favorite topics: Gilmore Girls. This visit to Stars Hollow is all about Season 3, Rory's boy troubles, Lorelai's professional improvements, Lane's rock band, and much more. Charlotte shares why she is Team Jess, which Season 3 episode is her favorite, and why she appreciate Lorelai's search for love. Laura explains her feelings about Rory and Dean's break-up, Lane's and Paris' first boyfriends, and what gave Luke more dimension as a character. Together they discuss Lorelai's problems with Christopher, wish for more important plot-lines for Sookie, and throw shade at Richard's surprise Yale interview. Did Lorelai's relationship with Alex serve a purpose or was it just a boring detail? Are Rory and Jess really a perfect match? And how crazy is Jackson for wanting four-in-four?! All this and more on this week's visit to Stars Hollow on The Lettuce Podcast!

Charlotte and Laura channeled the Gilmore Girls to play a game of Create-A-Snack where they chose junk food combinations to eat. They also played a classic TLP/GG game, 1-2-3-He's Yours!

Inspired by the “Eight O'Clock At The Oasis” episode featuring a young Jon Hamm, Charlotte and Laura shared a glass of wine as this week's podtail.

Gilmore Gherkins S2 - Show Notes

Oy with the poodles already! Charlotte and Laura are heading back to their favorite small town in CT to visit the Gilmore Girls in this week's brand new episode. The girls are chatting about Season 2 this time around and they cover the Gilmores' lovelives, career/school goals, and more. Charlotte shares her thoughts on Lorelai's struggles throughout the season, why she loves Jess, and Rory's growth from quiet bookworm to more outspoken. Laura explains why she feels bad for Dean, but doesn't think he's the right match for Rory, and why Emily & Lorelai's relationship growth throughout the season was so important. Both hosts chat about the sprawling cast of characters, which episodes stand out as favorites, and what things they're excited about in the following seasons. Can Lorelai and Emily repair decades of damage with a couple positive experiences? Will Luke be able to handle pseudo-parenthood when his nephew Jess comes to town? And where can we find a Bracebridge Dinner to attend?

Charlotte & Laura have a tough (but fun!) round of Alphabet Sentence to kick off the Fun & Games segment. For their second game, the girls combine their Gilmore Girls love with another love: Harry Potter! They play a round of Sorting Hat to decide which Hogwarts houses their favorite characters belong in.

To celebrate Lorelai's graduation from Business School, Laura sipped on a margarita (just like Lorelai!) and Charlotte enjoyed some wine (just like Emily!).
